NO SMOKING POLICY
Mary Land Homestay strictly adheres to a no-smoking policy inside the homestay building.

VISITORS POLICY
Visitors from outside are not allowed inside the guest room.

DAMAGE POLICY
The guests should fully compensate the cost of rectifying any damage caused by negligence or by deliberate means. They should indemnify the loss before checkout, if found so.

PET POLICY
Pets are strictly not allowed inside the homestay.

VERIFICATION POLICY
Guests must submit their passport and identity cards at the time of check-in, in accordance with government rules.
